Water Damaged Living Room

After a homeowner got back from a weekend away, he found that his basement had experienced a massive water damage.  His carpet had been completely saturated with water because his sump pump had failed on him while he was away.  Our team worked to pull up the water-damaged carpet and completely sanitize the floor.  The longer water damage sits, the worse it gets, so thankfully this homeowner was only gone for a weekend!  Floors can become warped and damaged if water sits on them for long periods of time, and there is also the increased possibility of mold growth if moisture remains in the environment for long periods of time.
